- SNSharmin NMay 9, 20261.0This was my second visit here, and I won’t be returning. We were notified our dog was ready for collection, yet when we arrived, two Female members of staff refused to hand him over and my dog became extremely distressed. We asked politely for our dog and they just exchanged looks with one another smirking and continued to blank us and our dog who was now extremely upset. My husband had to ask another staff member on the shop floor for basic assistance just to complete something that should have been immediate and straightforward. We also witnessed one of the same staff members on arrival becoming visibly frustrated and handling another dog roughly during grooming, which was genuinely upsetting and concerning to see - I worry about what they do when they’re not in view. I wouldn’t trust people with no compassion and such juvenile attitudes to be around animals. It was very clear from their attitude they can’t stand dogs, customers or their jobs. I would recommend anyone to book somewhere the employs people that actually like animals or your dog will end up having a negative experience. Hannah, who groomed our dog, seemed kind and professional however booking here is not the risk of landing with one to the other two women.

- MJMechelle JonesDec 29, 20205.0Probably closed as it's almost 1 a.m. but during opening hours I have found the staff to be helpful (I've purchased fish and fish supplies) At the moment while you can still buy fish you cannot chose them you have to take what you are given. If this would be a problem then it may not be the best place for you to purchase your fish. Having said that the staff were as accommodating as possible and did try within reason to give me the biggest fish in the tank as per my request.
